CAN I COLOR MY VIRGIN HAIR?
Yes the hair can be colored or bleached. As with your own real hair it is important that you keep the hair moisturized and hydrated. Over -processing can damage your extensions. We do recommend you seek a professional when coloring the hair.
HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE NEEDED FOR AN ENTIRE HEAD?
We recommend when purchasing hair 16 inches and longer you purchase at least 3 bundles of hair.
WHAT COLOR IS THE HAIR?
The hair color falls in the natural medium brown to natural black range. The hair is virgin hair therefore it can be dyed to your desired color.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Haute Hair Extensions ships orders using USPS. Shipping prices depends on weight of merchandise ranging between $9.00 and $20.00. All orders will be processed within 4 business days or less, and will be shipped immediately after processing. During the processing time we will utilize a strict quality control process which includes thoroughly cleansing and deep conditioning the hair, inspecting the weft and double measuring to ensure that the hair is true to length.You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email immediately upon shipment. Priority Shipping is 3-5 business days. Express Shipping 1-2 business days which is $20.00. Please keep business hoursin mind when ordering via Express. Purchases made after 4 pm will be shipped the following business day when using the Express Shipping.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We do understand purchasing virgin hair can be expensive. We want to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied. We do accept exchanges within 2 days of receipt. The hair must be in original packaging and cannot be altered in way (ex. colored, bleached, cut, worn, washed or conditioned). Any hair that has been altered in any way cannot be exchanged. Exchange request must be made via email within 2 days of receipt. You will be responsible for all return shipping and exchange order fees.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY EXTENSIONS?
To take care of your extensions treat this hair as if it has grown from your own head. Wash and condition the hair regularly. Limit the use of oils and heavy products it could cause the hair to tangle. When using heat of any sort, be sure to apply a heat protectant on your extensions prior to help prevent heat damage.
ONCE STRAIGHTENED OR CURLED, WILL THE HAIR GO BACK TO ITS NATURAL PATTERN?
Yes, virgin hair is the most versatile. It can be straightened and curled. Once washed, the hair will return back to its original state.
HOW MANY OUNCES ARE THE BUNDLES?
The weight of each bundle is about 3.2-3.7 oz.
We understand making a purchase of premium virgin hair is an investment. The hair can be reused and last up to a year if proper care is taken. This hair is unprocessed virgin hair and should be treated accordingly. Take care of your extensions as you would your own hair. To protect your investment here are a few haircare tips.
1. Wash and condition the hair regularly. Dirt and oil can cause hair to tangle. Many shampoos can be drying so please limit the shampooing. We recommend to Co-wash your extension. CO-Washing is wetting the hair down and applying conditioner, then rinsing. Not using any shampoo. This can condition and moisturize your virgin hair. If you do decide to use a shampoo we recommend a sulfate-free shampoo.
2. To protect your investment, we recommend sealing your wefts.
3. If you desire to color or bleach the hair please use caution as your would your own hair. Over processing your virgin hair could damage your extensions and result in shedding and tangling. We recommend seeking a professional when coloring.
4 To help prevent heat damage, when using heat on your hair we recommend applying a heat protectant prior. Also air drying your extensions is healthier for the hair than blow-drying.
